Traditional Rice Cookie
Yeng Kee’s Rice Cookies are made with premium rice grains that are cooked carefully and then sundried. To add flavor, the rice are ground into a fine powder. It is then pressed into a cookie and repeatedly baked in a specialized oven for hours until the rice cookie has a crumbly cookie texture.
