Yeng Kee’s Sakura Shrimp Rice Cookies are made with premium rice grains that are cooked carefully and then sundried. To add flavor, the rice, along with high quality Sakura Shrimps, are ground into a fine powder. It is then pressed into a cookie and repeatedly baked in a specialized oven for hours until the rice cookie is rich in aromatic sakura shrimp flavor and has a crumbly cookie texture.
